We met Kellie several times before our renovation even began to talk through the process, the budget, the timeline and our expectations. We had no experience in renovating and didn’t know where to start. Kellie made herself available to talk through our concerns at all times.At no time were we given unreal expectations or timelines. This was a great help to our planning for the following 10 weeks. We are a family of 5 (and 1 seriously insecure staffy dog) dealing with day to day family logistics while undertaking a massive renovation to turn a dated spec home into a home for the future for 3 teenage sons and 2 parents that work at home and have limited free time.Kellie worked with us at all times. We moved into our house just under a year ago and our kitchen was too small for our needs. We have an energetic family with two boys who like to eat, and our life is quite focused on preparing meals. Kellie is overseeing the renovation of the interior of our house. A huge renovation of our whole house. She is an amazingly well organised, knowledgeable, hard-working person with a team of reliable, skilled tradespeople. All costs have been presented in a spreadsheet, a timeline of the work and she is on site every day plus whenever an issue arises. When we started out looking at what we could do to give our home a freshen up, we were quite apprehensive not only about the work ahead but the disruption it would cause.
