We recently built a home with Exclusive Residence and couldn’t be happier with both the process and the result. We picked ER as our builder because we felt that they truly listened to what we said and asked important questions around where we wanted to spend our money and what would fit our lifestyle. Working with John and his team was easy throughout the whole design and build - as issues came up we were notified in a timely manner and options were always offered. The pandemic hit in the middle of construction but ER managed all of the supply and trades issues amazingly well and even finished one month earlier than what we had agreed to. We found very few issues after living in the house and any that came up were handled quickly and efficiently. The quality of the design, build and finishings in our home were excellent and I would highly recommend Exclusive Residence.

From the sidelines we watched Exclusives trades people work quickly and neatly, and we were impressed.We were so impressed we didn’t get other quotes on our new build, we immediately signed up with Exclusive.John is a professional and easy man to deal with.
